- If you are the seller then please send an invoice to your buyer.
- The seller and the winner should contact each other within three business days to discuss payment and shipping and handling details.
- Leave feedback for the other party once the seller has received the payment and the winner has received the merchandise.

- The seller should contact the winner with information on the total cost, including shipping and handling cost, and where to send the payment.
- The winner must pay the seller directly for the merchandise using - PayPal - or another valid Online Money Payment Processor., Preferred payment method is usually stated in the listing.
- It is the seller's responsibility to fulfill the order within 28 days of receipt of payment unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
- The binding contract of the auction is between the buyer and the seller.
- If the seller is unable to establish contact with the winner within 3 business days of the end of the auction, she/he may lose the item, and be at risk from receiving negative feedback and/or a Non-Paying Bidder Strike, both of which can ultimately lead to suspension from Wargames Market.
- Any technical difficulties on Wargames Market, when accessing your Members Area, will not protect either party from their responsibility at time of purchase. Always contact our helpdesk if you have problems.
- This auction is a written contract between the buyer and the seller. The seller must deliver the item as described in the listing and the buyer must provide payment promptly.
